Ham rolls with pink cabbage sprouts
- 100 gr ham, slightly fat
- 80 gr pink kohlrabi sprouts
- extra virgin olive oil
- wine vinegar
- pepper
Dress the sprouts with oil, vinegar and salt. Roll the ham with sprouts inside. Put
the rolls on a baking-pan and bake in the oven at 200° for 3-4 minutes. Serve with
warm arab bread. |
