| Description |

The Red Cabbage belongs to the family of Cruciferae. The seed is small, round and
dark brown coloured. Red Cabbage bright red sprouts grows quickly and are ready
to be eaten in a few days (5/6). |

Gorgonzola canapés with red cabbage sprouts
- 5 small milk roll
- 100 gr soft gorgonzola cheese
- 30 gr Red Cabbage sprouts
- 10 yellow rose petals (not treated)
Divide the milk rolls in half, spread the gorgonzola cheese on the surfaces and
sprinkle with sprouts. Decorate with rose petals. Serve with a glass of red wine. |
