( Anetum graveolens )     Description   The Dill is a herb which belongs to the family of Umbelliferae. The seed is quite aromatic, medium-small sized, oval-shaped, plate and beige coloured. Dill sprouts are ready in about 8-10 days. The sprouting process is rather delicate: the seeds and the sprouts must be kept well moisturized, but not much too wet.   Properties   Dill sprouts are rich in vitamins and minerals. They help digestion, they are diuretic, antispasmodic and vermifugal.
